With a backdrop of outstanding landscapes and some of the most beautiful and unique geological features in the world, cycling enthusiasts can enjoy trails of varying difficulty, ranging from easy, family-oriented trails to singletrack trails designed for experienced riders.

The Southern Arava offers cyclists some of the best trail infrastructure in the world. Most of the cycling takes place on unique desert singletrack trails, some of which have been meticulously planned and custom-built by highly experienced trail-building teams.

There are over ten singletrack trails throughout the region, with many further cycling options within Timna Park and a growing community of enthusiasts who participate in the local Samarathon Cycling Festival.
