Kibbutz Neot Semadar

Neot Semadar was recently selected as one of the three villages to be Israel’s contenders for the World Tourism Organization’s list of the world’s best tourism villages.

The Art Center

This unique and unusual building is the central and most prominent one in the Kibbutz. A plentiful of art workshops take place within its walls – goldsmithing, stained glass, silk, ceramics, paper, artistic carpentry and more.

Winery

Neot Semadar is host to a boutique winery producing organic wines from a variety of local grapes. These wines are unique due to the arid desert conditions in which the grapes are cultivated.

_

These vineyards comprise the southernmost grape cultivation in Israel, and in the entire northern hemisphere.
